Discipline Policy

Rewards- For following directions and rules, students receive tickets. When 30 tickets are collected, they can choose a prize from the treasure box.

Consequences

First Offense	Warning
Second Offense	5 Minutes at Recess
Third Offense	10 Minutes at Recess
Fourth Offense	15 Minutes at Recess
Fifth Offense	Call Home

Birthdays- Birthdays are celebrated from 10:45-11:00. Feel free to send in treats to share with your child.

Homework Policy: Homework will be assigned daily. Expect between one and two hours of homework per night. At times homework will also be assigned on the weekends.

Assignment Calendar: Assignment calendars are filled out together everyday at 2:20. The students write their assignments down as I write them the computer.

Late Homework: Late homework will be marked down during the first two trimesters. During the third trimester, late homework will be given no credit.

Study Group: Study group is held after school in Portable 1 from 2:53-3:45 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This is a supervised time for students to work on their homework. Mrs. Meier will help students who need help.
